Research, elaborations and advice are always custom made.

If the emissions for flue gas components exceed the limits, t we can draw up a list of requirements for flue gas cleaning, request and compare quotes, supervise the implementation of a new installation and provide measurements upon delivery.

This approach uses the combined efforts of TCKI´s laboratory, measuring group, drawing room and advisory group.

Our specialised measurement technicians use our van with measurement equipment to record emission concentrations in an accurate and reliable manner. We measure concentrations of:

  • Oxygen
  • Carbon monoxide
  • Chlorides
  • Nitrogen oxides
  • Total particulate
  • Carbon dioxide
  • Fluorides
  • Sulphur oxides
  • Hydrocarbons
  • Fine particulates

Other components can be measured upon request.TCKI performs RvA accredited flue gas emission measurements, which are used by the authorities to award environmental permits.

TCKI performs ISO/IEC 17025 accredited flue gas emission measurements.

Often in combination with other emission measurements, for the purpose of obtaining environmental permits.

TCKI conducts measurements of the particulate and fine particulate concentrations in emission points, often in combination with other emission measurements, for the purpose of obtaining environmental permits. For fine particulates, particles smaller than 10 and 2.5 µm, PM 10 and PM 2.5 are selectively measured.

This approach uses the combined efforts of TCKI´s measuring group and consultancy group.

Noise emission, model calculations.

In order to obtain environmental permits for existing and new production sites, we are able to submit a thorough noise investigations report. When it comes to a complex noise situation with external influences, simple noise measurements alone do no longer suffice and mathematical models will be used.

We use standardized mathematical models, together with our acoustic expertise to obtain a true picture of the noise emission. When necessary based on the results, we can propose and supervise measures.

Further activities are measurements related to environmental and occupational health and safety issues e.g.:

Our broad range of examination and measurement processes and our thorough and reliable knowledge are broadly and generally applicable. For example, we can analyse the waste products from various industrial sectors and determine their suitability for re-use. This regularly yields surprising results.

Other activities include measurements in the fields of environment and labour conditions, such as:

  • Emissions to the atmosphere
  • Determination of specific labour conditions such as the impact of noise and
the impact of fine dust particulates and fine quartz

We have various measuring methods to determine the slip resistance of floor surfaces and paving materials, in relation to safety aspects for pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles.

TCKI performs ISO/IEC 17025 accredited measurements, which are used by the authorities to award environmental permits.
