A production in a controlled manner ensures that these requirements are met.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TCKI has consultants who are familiar with all aspects of EN and ISO standards, accreditation, certification and CE declarations for many materials and processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our advisors can guide you in a particular design of a process quality assurance system, focused on optimum product quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Physical, mechanical, chemical and thermal tests on construction materials.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Many characteristics of construction materials can and must be checked and tested. This includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sizes and geometric properties<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Water suction<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Water absorption<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Water permeability<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mechanical properties<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aspects of durability (resistance to active salts and freeze-thaw)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>There are different tests methods that are customary and prescribed for each type of material. We perform investigations being part of the manufacturers own production control system, commissioned by certification bodies, for trading agency\u2019s and for individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Construction materials must meet all the requirements.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For a current list of ISO\/IEC 17025 accredited activities,&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.rva.nl\/en\" target=\"_blank\">follow this link<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course we can also conduct tests and checks according to customer specifications if required.
